The only reason they get 3 stars is because the cake was so. amazing. The customer service was abysmal. After reserving our delivery time 5 months in advance, I found out 4 days before my wedding that they had another delivery to make at the same time and so they wouldn't be able to deliver my cake. They were supposed to deliver at 4, but refused and said the only other option was 10am. My venue doesn't have air conditioning, and my buttercream icing would have melted long before my 7pm reception if it had to sit there for 9 hours. I explained this to them, explained that they had promised to delivery at 4pm, and they agreed that they had and that the cake would probably melt but insisted there was nothing they could do. I asked if they would deliver the cake later than 4--after this new delivery--and they said they wouldn't because it would be after business hours. I ended up having to hire a courier service to pick up my cake and deliver it to my venue. I will never do business with them again, because it was clear to me that my delivery was simply unimportant to them because they were delivering a more expensive cake to someone else. Be careful with them.
