Platinum Express Limo

I'm not even going to give this vendor a star because they do not deserve one. The only vendor that did not work out. We worked with Chris at Platinum Express Limo and arranged everything. We had provided all of the necessary documents, copies of drivers licenses, credit cards, etc. We were booked and ready to go for our big day. While my bridesmaids and I were taking pictures, we realized the limo was 45 minutes late! Our coordinator called and was told they had "no record of our wedding". However, they had already conveniently charged our credit card. The contact at Platinum Express then told my coordinator he would be happy to sit on the phone while she complained some more if that would make her feel better. RUDE! I would NOT recommend this company. Terrible customer service! They almost ruined our day, but luckily we had friends/family leaving the hotel at that same time, so us girls split up into many different cars to get us to the church. Unfortunately, we all had to find separate rides to the reception. In the end we all got to where we needed to be, but no thanks to Platinum Express Limo.
