My fiance and I met Mr. Bill and all I can say is he is quite a character - in a good way. I don't really know much about flowers, but I brought pictures of what I had in mind to discuss with him. He took what I had brought him and added his floral knowledge to create beautiful arrangements. And I love that he got so excited about my wedding flowers!
The only bad thing is it would often take him a two days to get back to me. But other than that, he's great.
