WVU Jackson's Mill

Let me begin with the beauty of this location. It is a historic landmark with beautiful buildings, scenery, and wooded grounds. We use three locations on this property, one for the ceremony, one for the dinner and cocktail hour, and one for the dance. Our guests loved the different locations without having to drive. The Mill will not let you taste the food before the wedding, but don't be scared....the food is amazing (home-style and fresh). We had compliments on all the food especially the turkey. The staff was so kind to the wedding party and all the guests and we couldn't have asked for a more welcoming environment. The suites are a great place to keep the wedding party and parents of the bride and groom...they are beautiful, kept very clean and have all the amenities of home, minus the stove :) I would recommend this location to all those planning. It is affordable, beautiful, and you can tailor your wedding with as much or as little staff, food and variety as you want. The perfect location!!!
