The individuals at the Keystone Store in Indianapolis were not capable of handling a multiperson order. It took ~8 weeks to get all tuxedos in. The groom's tuxedo was not available until <4 weeks before the wedding and then had to undergo alterations.
The individuals in this store are not self-motivated, self-directed, and WILL NOT follow through on an order without constant supervision and follow-up by you the customer. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE
We had a terrible experience with this vendor. They mixed up our tuxedo order several times, and even had to have two of the men in our wedding party get their tuxes altered the day of the wedding. The pricing was a mess; they charged different amounts each time we talked with them. It was difficult to complete our order because their computer system would not let the store in Arizona make changes to the measurements added from other stores nationwide that our groomsmen visited for their fittings. We couldn't believe how much trouble we had, since tuxedo rentals is a major part of what this company does. We would recommend looking elsewhere for your men's formalwear needs.
As a company who is knew to tuxedo rental, we thought we would not only experience the high quality of Joseph A. Banks customer service but also tuxedos that had not been over rented and thread bare. Well, the material was great, but the options were terrible and the communication was even worse! Three days before the wedding we checked the suits at pick up -- wrong pants for everyone and wrong shirt for the groom. After pushing through a rush reorder, we still had capri pants for the father of the groom on the morning of the wedding. Lesson learned: go with a more experienced tuxedo place. JosABanks needs to do some more work if they're serious about offering this service.
