Waitstaff and Maitre D' Angel were only satisfactory. Waitstaff had no answers without Maitre D's direction. Make sure you have a server assigned and standing at your table the whole time! You really have to sit down with them or write out specific instructions if you are planning or setting decor up a specific way.
