They had a great return policy and everything that was shipped to our house made it there in great condition. They made our registry easy to read for our guests. My one disappointment with BBB was that when an item would be discontinued or not be available, I wouldn't get any notice or email. I contstantly had to check my registry to make sure things were available either in the store or so that our guest could order the item. In the end, it made it hard for our guests as there was a lot that wasn't available in the store and it took the surprise away from me.
