I don't understand the review alongside this thread - I had the most appalling service EVER from this company.

Maybe the bridal dresses themselves are ok - I can't comment on that - but bridesmaid dresses and cravats were unbelievable.

The first set never arrived - because she makes them in China - and the second lot (made from fabric which she made ME buy and now won't pay for) were sabotaged. The dresses were appalling - I can show photos if you are interested. The saddest thing is the lack of professionality. There was no attempt to acknowledge the poor quality - I don't know who she got to make the dresses, but they are grotesque - they don't match the picture I supplied - each girl had a different end product - one had to be sweed into hers - it was 3 sizes too big. They won't talk to you when you start getting difficult - and they don't appreciate this is the most important day of your life and there can't be any delays. We were calling 2 hours before we left for church to get some help sewing up hems - they never replied. Awful service and hideous quality output.

My dress was part of the original competition prize, offered by Rena Zhang Couture (to the value of £3,000.00). My dress is a unique design based on my dream dress and Rena’s knowledge - An ivory strapless sweetheart neckline, fitted at the waist with silver embroidery, flowing down to the tulle skirt. I felt like a princess in it!

Working with Rena and her staff has been an absolute pleasure! She has been so very kind and generous with regards to the contribution. She is very experienced in her work and this shows when you speak with her. I gave Rena brief ideas of my dream dress, to which she worked her magic and what she produced was nothing less then outstanding! Everyone knew that my dress was part of the competition prize I won, so I knew all eyes would be on it, and it didn't fail to impress. It fitted beautifully and photographed so well. My new husband couldn't take his eyes of me - I felt like a princess! I cannot thank Rena enough for her generosity and service, and would most certainly recommend her to any bride-to-be!
