The Little Nell

The Little Nell does the catering for the Aspen Mountain Club where we had our reception. I'm a total foodie and didn't want bland boring wedding food. We spent a lot of time deciding on the menu and everything was simply amazing... exceeding ALL my expectations and our guests all said it was the best wedding food. They use lots of local, seasonal, fresh ingredients, and worked with specific food & drink requests to create options that weren't on the standard menu. They were also great and giving thoughtful recommendations given our tastes on what would work well which I really appreciated. The lamb, trout, & sweet pea ricotta ravioli were our entrees and got rave reviews.

We also had our rehearsal dinner in the Terrace Room at the Little Nell which was perfect. We wanted a Southwest feel so the chef did the most amazing Southwest-themed stations with passed margaritas that was exactly what we wanted.
