Swissotel

We chose this hotel because it had great Presidential suites and a friendly staff but what unfortuantely was all promises and no follow through turned out to be the biggest headache of our wedding. The hotel did not answer any of our emails once the deposit was made, assigned us a random ball room that was not even shown to us and the night of our wedding the room service waiter came to our room with a bottle of Moet that we never ordered and when we declined to take bottle he said in a degrating tone " it's to expensive for you" and left before we could explain. I would not reccomend this hotel for weddings especially if you are from out of town. I had to ask my relatives to continuosly make personal visits to make sure that emails were received. Also they kept making the wrong reservations for our guest with the wrong dates of depature.
