Andalucia Weddings

Michael and Laura gave us the best service possible in arranging our wedding weekend. They introduced us to the beautiful El Cortijo La Prensa hotel over a year before and helped us create everything we had hoped for our Wedding day..... And more! We were impressed by them from the very first email we sent to enquire about having our wedding abroad.

Firstly they recommended we come over to visit some venue's they had in mind for us. This was very reassuring for us, so many wedding organisers abroad want you to chose a 'package' and then expect you to just arrive a couple of days before your wedding for the formalities – just too impersonal in our opinion! We were not sure if a wedding abroad would be for us.…. But we loved Laura & Michael form the first time we met them at Malaga airport! They showed us 3 wonderful hotels to choose from, all of them were beautiful in different ways and from then on our dream wedding was created, just the way we wanted.

Throughout the year or so to follow they replied so promptly to emails, were at the end of the phone when required, were so supportive in our choices, and nothing was too much trouble! As well as all of that it was obvious to all of us that they are genuinely fantastic, reliable people who are lucky enough to simply love their job! Our wedding celebration started off with a Bar-B-Q on the Friday night, our wonderful wedding was on the Saturday and Sunday was Paella round the pool, the perfect way to round up a fabulous weekend. Michael & Laura were on hand throughout the whole weekend, everything was planned and organised perfectly, our guests were oblivious to all the hard work and effort they put in to making sure we all had the best time ever. They just smile and have an amazing demure of calm about them as they ‘do their thing’ quietly in the background! We hope they will remain friends and we would certainly not hesitate in recommending them. The hotel was the perfect place for a long weekend of relaxation for our closest family and dearest friends to unwind celebrate and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. With only 13 rooms, all of which are stunning! La Prensa was perfect for intimate, candle lit evening meals for our small party, and we all had the space to enjoy the wonderful olive tree lined mountain view from the beautiful courtyard, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gorgeous rose and lavender gardens during the sunny daytimes. We asked Michael & Laura for romantic, intimate & beautiful and that is exactly what we got! We have such wonderful happy memories of our wedding I couldn’t thank Laura & Michael enough for creating our dream.
