Cake Sisters

We didn't get what we ordered, because of delivery mishap. There were fingerprints all over the cake and the bottom layer looked like a whole hand crushed the side of it. Ordered 100 servings, but according to thier website, the cake we recieved was only 70 servings. Who knows how many servings we actually had, due to the middle layer being destroyed during delivery. Worked out a partial refund after the wedding. Was disappointed that I didn't get the cake that I ordered and even though that can never be replaced, they did refund a portion of the cost.

ADVICE: I paid my deposit via Bank of America bill pay. Which in the end is basically like having the bank send a money order. The cake sisters sent me my deposit check back with "VOID" written on it. Even when i explained to the bank what had happened, I still didn't get my deposit back. That money is just lost in Bank of America land. I would suggest not making any deposits via Online Bill Pay.
