Timeless Affairs is a Lynchburg-based wedding event company, and I was able to get a very reasonable price ($350) to have two day-of coordinators organize our big day for us. They ran through our desired timeline with us in advance, ran the rehearsal (which was really great because there were competing ideas from participants, celebrants, and family members about how to do this, and the coordinator was able to speak on our behalf, enabling us just to relax and enjoy), and kept the entire timeline in check on the day of so we didn't have to worry about a thing.
