She decorated my wedding beautifully. With that said, I think she is very unprofessional and rude. I am very busy and work all the time, in trying to get her payment asap she called me and proceeded to YELL at me and vent about how other brides in that past backed out last minute and didn't pay her. Then when she came to pick up her decorations I over heard her talking poorly about me to my in-laws. She is new to the wedding business and I feel has A LOT to learn about professinalism and customer service. If I could do it over again I would have paid more to get better customer service from someone else.
