Zero stars. Jessica presents herself as very professional, but she missed key appointments, she insisted on an obnoxious "head table" piece even though I kept telling her we didn't have a head table She promised an "arch-like" structure for the ceremony which turned into sloppy looking bushes because her unprofessional staff made them too heave. Her lazy staff (I call them lazy because she told me they would not have enough time to hang some photos that took me and my dad 10 min to hang - her staff was there eating lunch!! For a 4 hour gig!!) Do not use Fleurs. Every other vendor made my day so special. Jessica came as close as she could to ruining my wedding. I cannot strongly not recommend her more.
