Kankakee, IL - Although we were impressed with the prices and customer service during our pre-wedding meetings, our flowers arrived an hour and fifteen late, which was 45 minutes before the wedding. He had not finished our pew bows at that time either and was hastily making them as guests waited in the lobby until he finished (which he did not - we were about 10 pew bows short). The flowers were beautiful and everything I had wanted but that does not make up for the lack of punctuality. He simply blamed his tardiness on taking too many jobs the same day as the wedding.
