This bridal shop is terrible due to the poor customer service once you have ordered your dress. After ordering my dress in October, I was told it would be in by April. It did not arrive until towards the end of July when my wedding was the beginning of August!! And that was after LOTS of pestering and relentlessly calling/ speaking to the manager. They are sure to close shop unexpectantly over night one of these days......

Awful! I ordered dresses 8 months in advance, and they lied about when they would be in. Pretty sure they took my money and waited to order dresses a month before the wedding. Almost didn't get them in time.

Do not buy a dress here!!!!! I ordered my dress in Aug. (for my wedding the following June) and the dress came in on May 15-2.5 weeks before the wedding!!!!!! After I placed the order my vail came in around Thanksgiving, and at that time they did not know when my dress would be in-they said they had to order it from Europe (I had no idea the dress was made in Europe). Around Christmas I was told the dress would be in mid-Feb/early-Mar. In Feb. I was told it would be in around late-Mar./early-Apr. Early April I was told it would be shipped on Apr. 15 and be in 10-14 days after that. Apr. 30-still no dress and no tracking number and was told the dress was somewhere in Italy but they didn't know where. Then when I picked up the dress on May 15, I took it straight to a trusted tailor and tried on a dress that had rub marks around the top of the dress like it had been tried on-or like the people at Bridal Detail still didn't have my actual dress by May 15 and sold me the dress off-the-rack for full cost. I also found out that another bride who got married the same day as me went through the exact same turmoil. I cannot stress enough to look elsewhere for a dress!!!!!!!
