Rock Candy DJs

We received a recommendation from the Courtyard Cherry Creek to use this DJ along with a coupon. The first contact my mother-in-law talked to, Adam, was very rude and condescending to her once she had contracted them to perform. The DJ assigned to our event, William, was nice but disorganized. I had filled out an on-line form with our preferences and a couple of days before the wedding William called and told me I had to provide the music to him. I reminded him that I had chosen songs listed in their library. We got that sorted out and he told me he would be at the venue an hour early to set-up and do sound checks. From the time he started playing there was terrible feedback from the speakers. It was piercing! My 5 year old son was traumatized. William did not seem to know how to fix it. Later he admitted "next time I will bring a filter". That didn't help us during OUR reception. He was also very disorganized concerning when things were supposed to happen. He also forgot to announce my cousin to pray over the meal. The DJ was nice enough but a disaster professionally.
