MISS PEGGY ALEE, noted Jazz and Swing singer, began her career in music as a vocalist in the early 1990’s. Singing the music she loved, she soon discovered that she had tapped into legions of admirers of the Jazz, Swing and Standards made famous from the 1940’s through the 1970's.

Since then Peggy has appeared and performed at numerous events throughout the US. Highlights of Peggy's performances include the Las Vegas Desert Inn, Andy Williams’ Club 76 in Branson, Missouri, and Carnival Cruise Line concerts. Peggy Alee has recently completed a 24 city tour of the United States with the Marriott corporation.

Peggy offers a studio produced show as well as with her accompaniment consisting of: a pianist, trio, quartet, 7 piece Swing and occasionally her 18-piece big band. Also available are "The Frank Sinatra & Peggy Lee Tribute Show" and "The Peggy Lee & Dean Martin Tribute Show".

As a singer and entertainer, Peggy Alee delivers the promise and then some. We caught her for the first time as she headlined the Jazz by the Lake Festival at Occoneechee. Miss Alee, who provides a wonderful tribute to legendary singer Peggy Lee, can easily melt the grids right off the microphone. She proved it during the one and only performance I witnessed. I love it when the entertainer gives the audience and me more than I bargained for.
