He was very difficult to work with. We had requested that he be a surprise to our guests and families, yet when I pulled up at the edge of the park I could see him talking to tourists and standing in plain view of guests before the ceremony. We had also specifically chosen songs with him and he had agreed to play them, yet as I felt the tap on my shoulder to start walking down the aisle he chose not to play "Here Comes the Bride"!!! During our ceremony he was asking our planner in a regular voice for his final payment.

What he did play, he played well. He just didn't care about making our day special.
