Grooms tux came in wrong and they altered it for us and hemmed sleeves different lengths- they did not have grooms shirt so they took a white (supposed to be ivory) dress shirt that fit like a tent and pulled the buttons off the sleeves so he could use cuff links. There were also no ties so none of the groomsman had matching ties and the groom had to wear a grey tie instead of ivory. Also- heads up that even though they are a Jim's Tux dealer and we ordered Jims- they do not honor the advertised "rent 5 get the grooms free" you must pay for the grooms as well
