Chesterton Cake Shoppe

I used this bakery for my wedding cake and was impressed during the initial consultation by the selection of delicious cakes she offered. We chose her to make our wedding cake and were unfortunatly dissapointed and angered by what we received the day of our wedding. I had given her a detailed picture as well as color swatches for the exact color I desired. The day of the wedding the cake looked nothing like what I ordered. It was suposed to be a deep claret red, chocolate brown and silver in color instead I received a bright christmas red, purple and white. Luckily, the cake at least tasted wonderful so it was a small compensation for my frustration over what I had wanted as a centerpiece to my wedding.

The tasting was wonderful, we were given many choices. We ended up having a cupcake tower with a 6" cake on top. It was perfect and they were so tasty, we didn't have any left over (we ordered extra)!
