Horrible service–lied about being able to pick up the group by the terminal. Had to have traffic management intervene. Then, lied about being able to bring coolers on the bus–once they were dumped out, he then allowed them. Also, would not allow luggage at first after being told it was okay. Was rude and impersonal; horrible driving. Paid way too much for this service!
