Located in a Tuscan-inspired winery just north of historic downtown Carlton, Cana's Feast has a rich history of combining the traditions of bold Northwest red wine and good food with hospitality and celebration.

Our fruit is sourced from some of the most respected vineyards in the the Northwest, including Ciel du Cheval, Coyote Canyon and Tapteil in WA and Meredith Mitchell in the Willamette Valley. Winemaker Patrick Taylor combines traditional and modern techniques in the Cellar, crafting wines of richness and complexity that not only pair adeptly with food, but also express their varietal characteristics with depth and integrity. Winery production includes a selection of Italian varietals, including Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo and Primitivo, along with Bordeaux-style blends, Syrah and Pinot Noir.

In the Cucina, Executive Chef Lisa Lanxon lets the season and the winery garden guide menus of

Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. Chef's Supper is available Friday and Saturday evenings; it’s a prix-fixe, three-course menu that’s become a favorite of visitors and locals alike; seasonally-inspired, handcrafted and comfort-oriented, the Supper is $25/person, and includes a glass of our 2006 Bricco Red Wine. Enoteca Lunch is available Friday - Sunday, and features an a la carte menu. Guests are welcome to dine in the Cucina at the winery, or on surrounding terraces that offer expansive views of the Coast Range and the winery's two Bocce courts.

The winery can easily accomodate large and small groups for tours, tastings, dining and special events such as receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, bridal showers or business meetings.
