I was not happy with our wedding coordinator. Maybe there was a lack of communication, but she did not seem to get it. I think she was unhappy that we did not use her company for more than we did. We did the decorations ourselves, a lot of the setup ourselves, and a lot of the food ourselves. Regardless, we still paid her a lot of money and she was more frustrating than helpful. I found most of the vendors myself. If doing it over, I would not use a wedding coordinator for anything other than having them there on the day of the wedding.
