If you wedding requires hotel accommodations let us make it easy on you! We understand that you have a million things to worry about and finding a hotel for your guests should not be one of them! That is the reason that we no longer block rooms for weddings. We found that although this seems like a good idea you never know how many rooms you are going need and exactly whose credit card is responsible for holding the rooms. After careful consideration we came up with wedding rate. Is a 10% discount off the regular rate for that season. The good thing about it is you don’t need to guarantee a certain amount of rooms and best of all you don’t need to leave your credit card at all. Please contact the sales department for a wedding packet. This packet includes hotel information as well as reservation request cards. Put these reservation request cards in with your invitations (or send them directly to the guests that needs them.) They tell your guests how to go about making a reservation. They state what number to call, what rate to ask for, when to call by and on the back it has directions to the hotel.
