Food was wonderful! We had chicken cordon bleu with a spinach/mandarin salad, broccoli, and duchess potoatos

Aramark provides the dining services at Randolph Macon and they also provide off-campus catering for anyone. The food and service at the actual reception was excellent. The interactions with the manager, Mitch Rhode, before the event left something to be desired. He was never proactive in contacting me or setting up schedules. I had to keep calling him to remind him that we needed to go over the menu/sign the contract, etc.
