The location is great- right in downtown Hinsdale but the shop is a little crowded. The dressing rooms are tiny so don't bring too many people with you. I loved my wedding dress that we got there but would not recommend having the alterations done there. It was very expensive and I kept telling the owner that I felt like my dress was going to fall down (strapless) but she kept telling me it's not. By the time we were dancing at the reception, the dress was falling down.

We also got our bridesmaid dresses there. Prices were a little higher than other places. One of the bridesmaids wanted her dress taken in on the top. They said it wasn't possible. My bridesmaid ended up taking it to a standard dry cleaners to have it altered and for about 1/4 of the price got the dress to fit perfectly.

Overall, liked the dresses at Francia, but don't get the alterations done there.
