A Fine Image

I chose A Fine Image to do my photography and videography. While the pictures & video that were taken (that we got to see) were very nice, I have never been treated so poorly or had such horrendous customer service. Also, one of the photographers lost a whole set of our pictures and it took 7 months for them to admit that to us...as a "consolation" they offered us 2 8x10's for free, that hardly seemed fair to me being that 2 very important parts of the day were missing completely!

I was appauled at some of the things the owner said to me and the NAMES HE CALLED ME!! Not professional or in the slightest grateful to clients paying them thousands of dollars. If there is one thing about my wedding I could redo, it would be finding a different photographer or company to work with.
