Chef Aram and team were not only exceptionally responsive throughout the process, but perfection day of the wedding. The presentation is absolutely stunning for events. We did a Low Country Boil for our reception and it was a hit! For the wedding we did the Carribean station and the Southern station. The shrimp and grits in martini glasses were a perfect touch for our southern wedding on the beach!
