Stay Away! This woman was so unprofessional. She messed up our entire order and instead of giving us our money back, she called us names.

Meme's florist was in the beginning reasonably priced and staff at first was pleasant to work with. But we quickly learned that you get what you pay for! We were missing flowers that had been part of our contract, other flowers were the wrong color, my husband boutonniere fell apart during the wedding, and the cake flowers were never delivered. When we called Memes to notify of the mistakes, they replied that they were going to bring the missing flowers but never showed up and did not return phone calls for the rest of the day. After the wedding when i contacted the Manager Bobbie to discuss, she was rude and defensive. I then tried to resolve problems with the owner Kay, she was unprofessional, rude, and completely inappropriate. I would never want another Bride to have the problems that i had with the flowers on their wedding day or be treated so poorly by staff.
