Marie's prices are right with (or just under, in some cases) the competition. Her flavors and talents with decorating, however, blow her competition out of the water. Don't even bother going anywhere else! Drive out to her little garage in Gallatin Gateway and prepare to be amazed! Even though she works out of her home - she is extremely professional. When we were arrived we were greeted with a beautiful white linen table set for three (myself, my Mother, and my bridesmaid) with crystal water glasses and beautiful bone china. Then we ate. I nearly fell out of my chair with utter joy and disbelief at the perfection that is her cake! No artificial dyes or flavors. Pink champagne cake? A beautiful delicate pink made with strawberry puree. None of this to mention her infinite creativity, patience to work with and understand my vision, and incredible decorating talent. Believe me - you want her cake!
