The best cake ever!!! I know everyone says the same! Trust me; you will not regret the money spent on it. I don’t think or remember I have attended to a wedding where the cake was at least good. Elsy Salgado de Figueroa has not only the best expertise exposure in town, but the most variety of exotic flavors and creative and original cakes. We had a tasting appointment at her bakery, and her lovely daughter was ready with the picture of my dream cake on hand waiting for us. We tried 3 different flavors and we chose orange with almond. She offers lots of options and combinations. They are all good and mouth melting. We had a great experience and service. We will definitely visit her bakery shop in the future! It is a must stop whenever we go back to Cartagena!!!

Elsy was great to work with. Our passion fruit cake was delicious and beautiful. Her prices were reasonable too.

I can't say enough great things about Elsy and her cakes. She is the sweetest and most professional lady. My husband decided to change the entire cake 2 days before the wedding and although our cake was already made, she had no problem letting him change it. In one word, Elsy and her team are awesome!!!

I have to say that Elsy was incredibly understanding and she is an artist! Our wedding cake was a creative design from my mother (who is an artist). At the beginning I though it was not going to be easy to find a someone who would actually produce someone else’s design but Elsy did it, and she did it wonderfully! She got the idea just as we wanted it and it was absolutely amazing to see this cake come to life when we got to the party. There were many "adventures" in the making, but no matter what, Elsy gave us 200% of her and delivered exactly what we wanted.

Elsy really is amazing, she is like the Colombian version of Cake Boss... Our cake was soo delicious and Jus beautiful. She made sure that it was everything we wanted and It really was. Our guests loooved the cake.

She made us a beautiful and yummy cake from a picture we sent her. She also made our favors and not only were they beautiful but they were also delicious. Very easy to work with.

Elsy is the queen of cakes in Cartagena! In addition she is the nicest lady you would ever meet. Working with her was great.

She is a sweet heart like her cakes. She made our cake and my sister in law birthday cake. Both cakes were delicious and pretty.

Elsy made us a beatiful cake. She followed our wishes, putting the specific ribbon we wanted on the cake (that matched our wedding theme), and also put a beautiful monogram on the cake. She also complied with our desire to have guavas under the cake. The cake itself was delicious, the best cake I have ever had. When we arrived to the reception we saw that cake as even more beautiful than the picture we gave Elsy to follow. We are extremely glad Elsy made our cake and she should also make yours.

Excellent cake! we love it!

Desserts were amazing, everyone had 2 or 3, downside was that it wasn't enough for everyone, they suggested few desserts per person :(

She was outstanding! I sent her a couple of pics and met with her and she made it happen. I will post some pics.

She was the easiest vendor to work with. We literally sent her a picture of what we wanted, and she delivered.
