Party Central Party Rentals

We rented our tent here and it was horrible! The service up until the day of our wedding from Sue was fantastic. She helped us pick a tent appropriate for our party and was not sticky about getting a deposit or a payment schedule, which when your spending thousands is nice. However the day our tent arrived it was absolutley filthy and mildewed. I was horrible. They had forgotten one add on and the young men that came to assemble were frightningly rude, often cursing and reminding us how much they didn't care if my tent was a piece of garbage. To add insult to injury I had heard that this could happen when renting a tent and I explained my fears to Sue and she ASSURED me I would get a bran new tent! That really hurt. We had to spend precious time the day before our wedding cleaning the tent and placing white tape over the mildew. All at my expense. Brian the manager did refund me 500.00, which I do not think compensated for the extra work or the embarrassment it caused me at the time.
