Bar None of Rome

If there were a way to give Zero Stars, we would. Bar None of Rome bartended our wedding reception last weekend. There were several aspects of their services that we were disappointed in. First off, we paid an extra $150 to have champagne and champagne flutes at the reception for a champagne toast. Neither the champagne nor flutes were present at the reception. Second, We paid an extra $170 to have mason jars at the reception to serve a signature drink. These also were not at there. Despite paying for them, no mention of reimbursing us for these items has been made by the owner/operator Sharon Gregory who has been ignoring and not returning my phone calls for the past 4 days. To top things off, the owner/operator approached my brother and best man as soon as the wedding party got to the venue and asked for cash or his credit card in order to buy more alcohol, claiming that just 15 min into the reception we were running out even though she had reassured me twice during the weeks prior that she "had planned accordingly". 4 separate trips were made to local gas stations where a total of $505.18 was charged to the best man's credit card for items including cigarettes and snacks that Sharon Gregory later admitted were personal purchases on his credit card made without his knowledge or consent and now is ignoring phone calls to rectify the situation despite promising to "make it right". Please save you and your loved ones the headache that we are going through as newly wed couples and do not hire this company to work at your event.
