Mi Tortilla

I was really skeptical about having such an informal meal at our wedding. I thought people would think it was cheap and tacky. Boy was I wrong! I have gotten so many compliments about the food at our wedding. Lots of people thanked us for having "normal" food that wasn't too fancy to enjoy. I quite agree that really ritzy food is sometimes not as good as good ole enchiladas, beans & rice. :) It totally added to our informal, family picnic feel and made our wedding that much more fun and enjoyable. Also, it was SO affordable. Like ridiculously inexpensive. They even did set up and take down on their own. It was so convenient. All in all, I wouldn't change or ask for one more thing.
