Lakeshore Pacific Limos

Our sister in law took care of dealing with this company so I cannot attest to their customer service. What I can attest to is how they did not follow directions and gave us what we ordered for the wedding which was a 30 passenger shuttle. Funny thing is our guests told us that a shuttle did show up and pick them up for the transportation to the venue, however when the company came to pick us up from the venue to go into town for our after party, they sent a limo instead. The entire reason I hired a transportation vendor was so that we would mainly have a shuttle (party bus) to take from the wedding into town. The driver apparently asked one of our guests if it was okay to bring a limo back, and our guest who was not the customer told him okay. I never found out why this happened and why the driver would ask my guest this as my guest wasn't the one paying him. This made for a lot of people being left out of the limo ride since hardly anyone could fit in their limo. I was very disappointed as I didn't get the party bus experience. Also, the limo wasn't even stocked with champagne or ice which I thought was odd since it was for a wedding. I don't recommend them for this huge mix up as it is imperative that your vendor listen to the customer's orders and not guests.
