We were extremely dissapointed with our DVD.

The whole point of us paying for this DVD was with the intention of having memories of our parents at the wedding. I specifically recall speaking with all of the staff in regards to this. We stressed that we wanted alot of footage of both of our parents. My father's entire wedding toast was completely cut out! His toast was the best out of all of them, and it is not even in the video. The footage of all of the other toasts are of people's backs. You cannot see their faces or even hear what they are saying.

This is amateur, at best. I took a video editing class for advertising in college and this is reminscent of student work. The editing is choppy, disjointed, and non-cohesive. I really cannot believe that I spent $1000 on this! Speaking of which- I paid for the upgraded package that is to include guest interviews. No where to be found.

I saw plenty of footage of people eating and hitting the buffet during the reception. It appears as though some of this footage is even looped in twice as filler... but there is no footage of people dancing at the reception, the Hava Nagila, the garter-toss, the bouquet toss. I thought some of those images might have at least made it into the video highlights. The video highlights is the exact same footage as what is on the rest of the DVD. It is cannabalized.

There are no guest interviews, I mean nothing at all with my husband's parents!

I definately feel like I did not get what I paid for- this is nothing like the sample video they show to get people to sign the contract. This is more like a bait-and-switch. I watch the gorgeous, lovely video with effects and all the bells and whistles in the office, then sign the agreement, pay the money, only to get an amateur bare-bones mess.

Out of eveything, this has been the biggest disapointment from the whole wedding experience. We cannot those memories back. My husband is upset because he wanted to use the onsite videographer and I chose this company. I will never live this down because they were my choice.

I did not sign the release form when I picked up because we still did not order our photos yet. I hope the quality of those is better than everything else so far. I will never reccomend their services to anyone I know.
