The 2 Customer Service reps that I dealt with, Chrysta and Erin were both absolutely wonderful and very helpful. The equipment and Tent was perfect. The guys delivering and setting up the tent were quick and friendly. The Delivery manager & Co-Owner Kim, however, was absolutely horrible to me the day before my wedding. There was a misunderstanding about delivery time and instead of trying to calmly resolve the issue with me she proceeded to yell and try to place blame. I was appalled that she would speak to ANYONE that way let alone THE BRIDE!! and just hours away from the wedding. Needless to say I would have called the company to make a complaint but then found out that she was the co-owner. I will not be recommending this company to anyone based on that alone.

Good prices, good selection, professional delivery, set up and pick up.

These guys were great. You should have seen the crazy hill them managed to get their truck up to unload our chairs and table, cheerful about it all the way. No one even wanted to drive their car up that hill. Anyway, they have great prices and were an absolute pleasure to work with.
