The Inn at Snow Meadows

Carol and Greg Bills are the most amazing hosts you will ever meet. I started contacting Carol about a year prior to our wedding and I immediately I felt like family. She emailed me regularly to check in on me and see how progress was going with the wedding and kept me in mind while making updates to the Inn. The Inn at Snow Meadows is the most amazing place I have ever stayed at. It is a ten-bedroom dream house and is very luxurious and elegant. It was the perfect place for my dream wedding and just minutes from Bear Lake. My guests had the most amazing time and there was nothing that wasn’t available. I could never dream of having a wedding in a more convenient place. I was able to get ready with my entire wedding party in the beautiful master bedroom and when it came time to put on my dress, I was able to sneak into the enormous walk-in closet for a little peace and quiet. Carol and Bill worked with my wedding planner to move furniture around and make the Inn ready for the wedding, even though the Inn has such charm and class just as it is. They were also very resourceful and recommended the coolest bartender. Carol was available anytime I needed her and when I arrived the first day, I found her with my family loading the fridge with goodies we brought. She continued to jump in like a mom throughout the days we stayed to make sure we had the most amazing experience. When the time for the ceremony came, she and her beautiful daughter were the first people I saw waiting to greet us when our vows were complete. During the reception, I caught her cleaning the kitchen and organizing things that were definitely not her responsibility, but made everybody feel stress free. My guests loved the hot tubs, TV’s, themed rooms, luxurious showers/jetted tubs, pool table, and most of all her. My flower girls, butterfly bearers, and ring bearer all had a fairyland of activities to keep them occupied and when they got tired, they were happy to go to sleep in the kid themed room! Oh, and one of my favorite parts was that the Inn features the most amazing washer and dryer. Weddings are messy and you have no idea until you look around after everyone leaves and you see how much laundry needs to be done. The most amazing part of the wedding was to have people come up to me during the reception and ask me how to contact Carol so they could take family vacations at such a beautiful location. That is when you know you chose the right venue for your wedding!
