Sullivan's Catering

I picked Sullivan's Black Forest to cater my wedding. It was almost a disaster! The two servers they provided us with knew next to nothing and disappeared when it came time to cut the cake - a service I had already paid for! My photographer had to help us cut the cake! Also, we had ordered a champagne fountain and paid for it and did they bring it? No. Did they offer to go get it? No. They said they couldn't get it because it wouldn't be supervised at all times - they didn't mention that when we ordered it though. The servers left a bunch of bowls and dishes that we had to deliver the next day! Also, no one received ANY refills on coffee. I was so embarrassed. They send their apologies and a $50.00 gift card but that does not fix what they did to me on one of the biggest days of my life. Wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. The food was decent, but the service was TERRIBLE.
