Moby Disc

Terrible decision to use Moby disc juke box. Basically instead of hiring a Dj, they bought over the equipment and show someone else how to use it, My brother has used one before so the plan was to plug our ipod in and let it go, and then he would just make sure our first dance song came at the right time etc. So it came time to have our first dance and my brother was trying to flick to that song and it said we needed to enter a code in, so we are looking everywhere for a code, I rang the company left a message, i got on the website (on my wedding night) looking for any other contacts, but nothing. So We ended up not being about to play any of my songs, One of the groomsmen ended up downloading the song from his phone and plugging his phone in somehow, and we could only listening to what he had on the phone nothing that was on the Juke box machine or my ipod, so no body danced and we had no music!! I emailed them, and my brother explained everything to them when they picked up the machine but they werent interested and didnt care in the slightest. The man who picked it up said we must of pulled out a cord!! which we know we didnt!!

We used moby disc for both our engagement party and wedding reception. Fantastic service at a very good price.

Easy to deal with, flexible, affordable packages, they confirmed things before the big day so were very professional. The DJ was good and helpful too.
