Flowers by Guenthers

Really disappointed. Went with them since they made gorgeous bouquets for my sister's wedding in 2007. I brought in pictures of the flowers I liked as well as pictures of the theme of the wedding. Julie would not even offer us anemones or poppies but only gerbera daisies. I let her know a couple times how I felt about gerberas, but Julie said they were smaller & to trust her...hesitantly I said ok on the condition that only 3-5 would be in my bouquet to achieve the eclectic look of the picture. Come the day of, my bouquet was a majority of gerbera daisies with a few roses. I ended up redoing my bouquet & was glad to toss it off to someone at the end of the night. I also ordered a selection of flowers to decorate the cake with...I received ALL gerbera daisies. I also was not happy with the way Julie described cherry bomb roses to me. The color was more red than orange & not a bright pop as suggested. Final comment on this- despite going over the classy 1920's theme; the flowers were all arranged to look like a country rural wedding...Not the best listeners!
