Ducky's Formal Wear

We had very poor experiences with Ducky's. They were not helpful with our bridesmaid dresses. The were downright rude to us throughout many of the processes. I would not recommend them for dresses. They were extremely disorganized and not helpful. The tuxedo side was slightly better but with everything we went through with the bridesmaid dresses there was no redeeming themselves with the tuxes.

This business is NOT concerned with customer satisfaction or service. Although they did fine with the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes, the bridal gown that was received was not the same as the gown ordered. In fact, the gown came in wrong twice. The tipping point, though, was a manager yelling at the bride and saying that his obligation was to his vendor.
