Villa Palermo Catering

Villa Palermo Catering did a great job at our wedding! They are newer to the wedding scene, so they are willing to work with any budget. Our wedding catering budget for 200 people was $5500, and they worked excellent with it! We had trayed appetizers of shrimp cocktail, bbq meatballs, and bruschetta. We did buffet style dinner, and we wanted a pure Chicago-style wedding. We had salad and pasta, italian beef, chicken vesuvio, and vesuvio potatoes, and thin-crust and deep-dish pizza. We also had trayed desserts along with out wedding cake. They also worked with our linen budget too! Villa Palermo is also willing to have a Rosemont Sub & Bakery do the cake, and include it in his bill. DO NOT use Rosement Sub & Bakery. Villa Palermo is great, but the bakery completely got my wedding cake wrong, and I had personally sat down with the owner of Rosement Sub & Bakery.
