My husband and I were planning a very unconventional wedding at The Foundry in Long Island City. We were searching for a caterer who would embrace our Harry Potter theme and make our vision come to life. Monica and Leisah were the perfect match for our wedding day! Monica created the most spectacular, British-inspired wedding menu that was classy and elegent while still being rustic. She worked endlessly to ensure that we were completely happy with the final product. Her and Leisah handled all of our decorations for the space and we could not have been more pleased with the result. The venue looked like we had stepped into a Harry Potter book, complete with old trunks and vintage school desks! These two ladies are truly talented and genuinely care about each and every one of their clients. They made our wedding day the most amazing experience and they will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Monica and Leisah were amazing. They did all the rentals, decor, flowers, built our chuppah,and the food of course. Everything exceeded our expectations and guests were incredibly impressed. Seriously, can't say enough good things about her! She is, however, an indie caterer so if you're the kind of person who needs someone available to you all day every day, Roquette is probably not for you.
