Quality Inn Rome

The Quality Inn there is horrible!!!We blocked rooms there and were told we would get a shuttle. 2 weeks before our wedding we called to ask what time we get the shuttle until and they told us we did not get a shuttle. While trying to work with them, the one manager who claims to own all of the Quality Inns (which is not true) was very rude, and we pulled all of our block, and the actually charged one of my guests, because she did not stay there but her room was cancelled, and they wont give her a refund. BE VERY AWARE!!!Stay Away.
