Chef Mike was very knowledgeable and flexible. He gave us our family style dinner, that no other caterer would do. The food turned out excellent, but it came out a little late; however, our reception was on the Grand Belle boat, which makes things more difficult.

There were a couple of big hang-ups in the planning stages but they came through in the end. They provided all the appitizers, dinner, cake and flowers for our wedding. Overall a fair experience but, if you use them make sure you are extra specific on your contract. They almost left out the china!
