Despite the bad reviews elsewhere, I had a great time at Caroline Castigliano and my dress was absolutely beautifully made. What lets them down is the unbelievably hard-sell - just go in prepared and don't let them tell you that you're in time for a one-off deal where you can receive 10% off for one day only - they told my friend the same thing and I've read lots of reviews that say they've been told the same. Things like that leave a bit of a bad taste, but once you get your gorgeous dress, it's all worth it!
