Mindy's Catering

Our guests compared our buffet food to meals they've had at 5 star hotel wedding venues. Erin with Mindy's catering was phenomenal. We had a very specific theme with our wedding menu and it had the potential to be under whelming if not for Mindy's. They had people talking about our food all night and 3 weeks later! Their day of staff is so professional yet still fun. There was someone "assigned" to my husband and I to make sure we ate. We ran out of beer and some wines twice- and they took care of it. They went 2 separate times on beer runs for our wedding guests- amazing. When we were running low on what my husband was drinking they quietly set aside a "groom stash" just for him. Pricing was very fair- it is a DC wedding so it's not going to be 30 a head. But they take care of everything- chairs, linen, barware, everything. Erin is great to work with and really helps make your vision a reality.
